Dye-sub prints with
water-based inks at CCS:

  1. The textile fibers are unlocked by heat to absorb the colors.
  2. The colors become an integral part of the fabric during fixation.
  3. Fibers are dyed.

(e.g. UV print):

  1. The textile is soaked with pigments.
  2. The pigments' solvents evaporate and leave behind a color coating on the fabric.
